Community Pool
The Knolls Village community pool is located at 2701 E. Geddes Place, next to the clubhouse.
Pool Hours
The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Daily Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (key card access required)
Adult Swim: Daily from 9:00–10:00 a.m.
As daylight hours decrease beginning in mid-August, pool closing times may be shortened.
Pool Access
Before submitting the Pool Use Agreement, please review the How to Register instructions and Pool Rules. To use the community pool, residents must complete the required registration and agree to follow all pool rules.
Residents who are renting or leasing a townhouse must submit a signed Tenant Release Form from their homeowner or landlord before pool access can be granted.
Please note that homeowners who are not current on their HOA assessments will not have access to the pool, clubhouse, or tennis courts. This restriction also applies to tenants occupying the property.
