Pay Your HOA Dues
Important — Effective September 1, 2026
New Payment Address for Monthly HOA Dues
KVTA HOA is now working with Powder Accounting for bookkeeping and dues collection. There are three ways to pay, and all three require your property address account number so your payment reaches the right account.
Your New Account Number
Your account number is your house number plus the first letter of each word in your street address — including the direction and the street type.
- 1234 South Columbine Way→1234 SCW
- 1234 East Geddes Place→1234 EGP
Use your own house number, not the 1234 shown in these examples. Include your account number with every payment, no matter which method you use.
1. Check by Mail
Make your check payable to KVTA and mail it to:
Powder Accounting
PO Box 781
Frisco, CO 80443-0781
Write your account number on the check.
2. Zelle
Send your payment to bookkeeper@knollsvillage.com and include your account number in the memo or note field. Zelle will send you a payment confirmation.
3. Bank Bill Pay
Set up your bank’s Bill Pay service payable to KVTA and mail it to:
