The Knolls Village Townhouse Association was constructed by the Writer Corporation beginning in 1976 and completed in 1979. There are six different models in the Village. They are known as the Concord, Deerfield, Lexington, Stratford, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. We have a 40-year history of homeowners who have volunteered their time and talents in order to provide the pleasant, well-maintained grounds, and facilities we enjoy today.
