Welcome to the KVTA Community Clubhouse
The Knolls Village Townhouse Association (KVTA) clubhouse is located at 2701 E. Geddes Place, next to the community pool. The clubhouse is available for use by Knolls Village homeowners and eligible residents in accordance with the Clubhouse Rules & Reservation Agreement.
Reserving the Clubhouse
To request a reservation:
- Review and complete the Clubhouse Rules & Reservation Agreement.
- Refer to the current Back Gate newsletter for the contact information of the community volunteer who manages clubhouse reservations.
- Submit your completed reservation materials as directed by the reservation volunteer.

Information for Tenants
Residents who rent or lease a townhouse may use the clubhouse only with authorization from the property owner.
A completed and signed Tenant Release Form from the homeowner or landlord is required before a reservation can be approved.
