The Knolls Village Townhouse Assocition has monthly dues of $182.00 per month plus $18.00 per month for the exterior painting fee. Included in your dues are: Water, Trash & Recycling, Common Area Maintenance, Snow Removal and use of the Amenities. See Association’s Governing Documents for more information and details.
We have a Clubhouse located adjacent to our pool facilities. The Clubhouse holds Association Meetings, Public Events and is available to rent by residents of our neighborhood.

Our pool facilities are open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Typical pool hours are from 9AM until 7PM, weather permitting.
Key cards are required to access the pool area.
Pool rules and the pool use agreement must be provided in order to use the pool.
We have two tennis courts located on property with one movable pickleball net.
Keys are required to access the tennis courts.
Tennis rules and registration forms must be completed to play tennis or pickleball.

Trash pickup is every Friday.

If you want to make changes to the exterior of your home, you must obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Changes include, but are not limited: Doors, Windows, Roofs, Radon Vents, Satalite Dishes among others.

Knolls Village was constructed by the Writer Corporation beginning in 1976 and completed in 1979. We are a covenant controlled community, self-managed by our volunteer homeowners.
