Pool Facilities
Residents that are renting/leasing their townhouse are required to obtain a signed Tenant Release Form from their homeowner/landlord in order to use the facilities. The form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
Homeowners not current on their monthly HOA fee payments will be denied use of the pool, tennis and clubhouse facilities for themselves and/or tenants occupying their townhouse.
The Pool and Clubhouse are located at 2701 East Geddes Place. The tennis courts are located near the corner of S. Knolls Way and E. Geddes Place (just west of the pool and clubhouse.)
