TRASH PICKUP

Knolls Village Townhouse Association
A Covenant Controlled Community
Centennial, Colorado 80122

The Association contracts with Waste Management for trash and recycling
collection. Trash is picked up weekly on Friday. Recycling is picked up every
other week, always on the same day as the trash pickup.
Waste Management observes six holidays each year: New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
When one of these holidays falls on or before Friday,
trash will be picked up that week on Saturday. The table below lists the dates for collection of both trash and recycling.

Remember to always bag and seal packing peanuts, styrofoam or loose
materials that may easily blow away when trash is emptied.

Click here for Trash and Recycling Schedule and information.

Waste Management accepts many items for recycling
and you need not separate them.

Acceptable items include: Aluminum and glass food and beverage containers; tin cans; #1 and #2 plastic bottleneck containers; #3, #4, #5, #6 and #7 plastic bottles; newspapers; corrugated cardboard (cut into 2 ft. by 2 ft. pieces); magazines, catalogs, cereal boxes, printer and
copier paper, and junk mail.

Recycling services are provided at no additional cost, however residents must call Waste Management at (303) 797-1600 to request free delivery of recycling bins
