We’re delighted to provide you with the latest progress update on the pool project for the first week of August. Your continuous support has been invaluable, and we’re excited to share the substantial advancements made over the past week.

Significant changes have taken place in the pool equipment room, marking some of the most notable progress since the equipment’s delivery. We’ve successfully checked off several key items from last week’s checklist, underscoring the momentum of the project.

An important milestone has been reached with the successful electrical and plumbing work for the small pool’s heat pump. Our electricians and plumbers have made the necessary connections, representing a significant step forward.

Throughout the week, our electricians have been diligently working on various tasks, including establishing main electrical connections and making connections to the control panels and various subsystems. We anticipate the completion of these tasks within the next two days.

The plumbing connections have been completed, marking a significant achievement. Installation of the water feed system was completed last Tuesday, although there remain pending tasks related to automatic valve wiring. Additionally, pipes within the pool room have been appropriately marked with arrows, as required for commercial installations. These markings serve as a helpful guide to identify the flow of water.

In addition to these enhancements, several steps have been taken such as installing motor disconnects, pump starters, control systems, alarms, and interconnects. These additions significantly contribute to the overall safety and reliability of our equipment.

Preparations for filling the pool are currently underway, and we’re eager to initiate this process in the very near future.

One outstanding task involves the connection of heaters for the main pool. The gas line and exhaust venting still need to be connected. We are waiting to hear back on when the HVAC contractor is able to make the final connections.

While we’re unable to provide an exact date for the pool’s reopening, we want to assure you that our commitment to delivering a great pool experience remains steadfast. We’ll keep you updated weekly as we work towards reopening.
