Based on valuable feedback received at the previous board meeting, we are committed to providing weekly updates on the pool project from now on. These updates will be shared every Monday evening to keep you informed of the progress.

Progress continues on the pool project. A main electrical panel has been added to the east end of the Clubhouse, housing the main breaker for the Pool Equipment Room sub-panel. The sub-panel is expected to be built out this week.

Some pool equipment is still on order and pending delivery. However, the chlorinators have arrived and are plumbed into the large swimming pool. The sand used in pool filters has arrived and is ready to install. We are currently checking with Aquaworks regarding the delivery status of the small pool heat pump.

Plumbing work in the Pool Equipment Room has been steadily advancing during our inspections.

While we are still unable to provide an exact opening date at this time, we remain hopeful that the pool will be ready for use soon. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any further updates.
